Shivani was very engaging. The children enjoyed her story that she read to the class and particularly liked meeting Benny, The Stubborn Caterpillar! They asked her lots of questions and she answered them with good humour. During her visit, Shivani involved the children in her thoughts about a book that she was currently writing and asked them to colour in her latest creation , a hermit crab. Providing the children with her card containing her picture and a QR link at the end of the session was a good reminder to help them share the experience with their grown-ups - several children though that they might ask for a copy of one of her three published books.
